Visit to Aunt Val's (May 20)
My niece, Shawnae, finished the 8th grade a few days ago. Her school is one of the few in the country that still have an 8th grade graduation. Grace Ann and I missed the 9:00 a.m. graduation ceremony but made it to lunch with everybody. After lunch we went to Valerie's new home for a visit. We even saw a snake in the pond! Grace loves to be with her cousins. It was a treat to see Emily two days in a row. It is a blessing to be here to do these things with our family. What a fun visit!
